STUDENT RECITALS
Forms for staging information for student recitals are available for download here. Please note the forms must be filled out entirely, including all program information, and submitted to the Concert Office three weeks before the recital date.
CANCELLING YOUR RECITAL
It is the student’s responsibility to cancel any recital scheduled through the Concert Office by completing the Cancellation Form and submitting it directly to the Concert Office. A recital is not cancelled until the request is signed by the student’s teacher and then approved by the Director of Concert Operations. In order to make the recital halls available for as many events as possible, it is important that cancellations be limited. Recitals should be cancelled only because of unavoidable circumstances. Please note that inadequate preparation, problems with assisting artists, or conflicts with other performing engagements are not considered adequate reasons for cancellation. Performers canceling a recital will be given the opportunity to schedule another recital during the same academic year only at the discretion of the Director of Concert Operations. You may download this Cancellation Form, fill it out, have your teacher sign it, and drop it off at the Concert Office during business hours.
CIMINELLI FORMAL LOUNGE
The Ciminelli Formal Lounge in the Student Living Center is scheduled through the Concert Office, in person, during scheduling hours. Please download this form to review the policies for scheduling this room.
ROSLYN COMINSKY PROMENADE
Use of the Roslyn Cominsky Promenade is free to students, unless the space is booked for a private reception. The policy for students who wish to hold a small reception before or after an event is that the Concert Office must be notified and give clearance. No receptions can take place when events are happening in either Eastman Theatre or Kilbourn Hall. Also note that no alcohol is permitted for any student receptions. For more information, please contact the Concert Office.
MAIN HALL
The Main Hall may be booked through the Concert Office during booking hours. Important policies and restrictions are available for download on this form.
